Extra Virgin Olive Oil PDO “Kalamata”

is a supreme quality oil that comes from olives of the Κoroneiki variety. It is produced exlusively in Messinia area, in Southern Greece. It’s color is rather intense and it owns a balanced and pleasant taste. Naturally clear and rich in aromatic substances, medium fruity aroma derived from green olive fruit, light bitter and light to medium spicy. The total acidity does not exceed more than 0.5 grams per 100 grams of olive oil.
